Who doesn’t dream of being up on the jumbotron in a giant stadium while rooting for your favorite team? By collecting the social media photos tagged with #onepride, Linkies makes this a reality for Detroit Lions fans in attendance at Ford Field (throughout the 2014-17 season).

Every home game the Detroit Lions have at Ford Field, fans can get on the jumbotron using social media.
NFL DRAFT PROMOTION / WEBSITE EMBED

To create hype around the 2014 NFL Draft and the Detroit Lions “One Pride” campaign, Linkies created a #OnePride Fan Wall that was embedded on the DetroitLions.com draft landing page and displayed at events.

The Detroit Lions aggregates social media and displays it on their website using Linkies.

DISTRICTDETROIT.COM BRAND SOCIAL FEED

September 20, 2014, was the official groundbreaking for The District Detroit, a 20,000-seat hockey arena (future home of the Detroit Red Wings) and 45-block entertainment complex in Detroit. Since that day, Linkies has been collecting all social conversations, and displaying approved posts on DistrictDetroit.com and at official District Detroit events. The District Detroit is scheduled to open in the summer of 2017.

Motor City Casino’s Sound Board venue utilized Linkies’ live social media display as the centerpiece to their Red Wings Viewing Party. This helped boost social engagement during the event, as well as promote the venue.

Buffalo Bills

STADIUM MONITOR DISPLAYS

Linkies provided the Buffalo Bills with social media displays when they were snowed out, and moved their game to Detroit’s Ford Field. It engaged fans that were both in attendance and back at home, by allowing them to interact with the Jumbotron and get their 15 minutes of fame.

By hashtagging social media posts with #billsselfie fans made it to the jumbotron.

Michigan Democratic Party

BILL CLINTON EVENT DISPLAY

To help raise money at the Jefferson Jackson Fundraiser featuring former president Bill Clinton, Linkies created a live social display. The event’s #mijeffjack hashtag trended nationally during the event.

X Games to Detroit

#XG2D SOCIAL CAMPAIGN / WEB EMBED

To bring the X Games to Detroit, Linkies curated all #XG2D social media conversations and embedded them in XG2D.com. Despite Austin winning the bid, Detroit definitely won the battle of social engagement.

X-Games to Detroit collected social media posts from all of the networks to display.

Brandcamp University

EVENT DISPLAY

Linkies created a live event display for Brandcamp University that encouraged attendees to post about the event with the #BCamp13 hashtag. In the end, two-thirds of all attendees participated, and exposed the University far beyond the event.

At the 2013 Urban Economic Conference in Detroit, Linkies created a live display that encouraged attendees to post throughout the event. The event’s hashtag #UECdet13 trended locally on Twitter.

Art Van Furniture

SOCIAL CONTEST

ArtVan wanted to do a contest based around social sharing by using two hashtags, #ArtVan + #SofaSelfie. To be eligible, entrants had to post using both hashtags, and winners were determined by total number of likes, retweets and shares (on Twitter, Instagram and Facebook). Linkies was there to collect all the posts, total all the numbers, and provide the final report to Art Van.
